The ALW401 is a pre-configured commercial Alta outrigger unit that puts a clothing rack on the wall instead of the sales floor. It mounts to two anchor points and expands from there — add brackets, shelves, or hangrails from the Alta wall display racks line as your merchandising plan changes. Retailers use it in boutiques, uniform shops, sporting goods stores, bridal and formalwear shops, showrooms, and pop-up retail spaces where perimeter wall space is worth more than another floor fixture.

This is a merchandising fixture, built with 16 gauge stainless steel brackets rated to carry light, medium, or heavy apparel through daily store use.

Two-Level Wall Mounted Clothing Display

Mount the two hangrails at different heights and you get a double-hang layout — shirts or folded pants on top, dresses, coats, or uniforms below. Slots on 1" centers mean the height isn't fixed; move brackets up or down whenever inventory turns over.

Installation

The outrigger mounts at two points. Select fasteners based on the wall construction and anticipated merchandise load. Use suitable screws or lag fasteners when mounting into structural studs, approved hollow-wall anchors where appropriate, and sleeve or wedge anchors for compatible masonry or concrete surfaces. If you're unsure what the wall can support, have a qualified installer inspect the mounting location before loading the rack with merchandise.
