48" x 20" x 39" Museum Display

A standout display used to house artifacts, valuables and delicate items in a museum or gallery environment. The display is designed and constructed in the USA by highly trained craftsmen. The 9" tempered glass viewing area is frame-less, allowing items to be completely visible from all angles. The display can be positioned against a wall or in the middle of a floor for optimum visibility.

The tempered safety glass provides security and a dust-free airtight environment when locked. The locking mechanism is activated by a pneumatic system which is easy to operate, safe and reliable and does not require an electrical outlet to operate. The deck of the showcase is equipped with an easily removable fabric covered pad. Silica gel bags are stored in the accessible and lockable compartment. The case is constructed with a non-toxic silicone sealant between cabinetry and framing. Available in all standard, premium and custom finishes upon request.

The pneumatic locking system is controlled by spraying compressed air into the ports located in the locked portion of the base cabinet.

NOTE - The case is not recommended for retail use as the opening system requires the top to be removed. The display is recommended for items that need a permanent display or semi-permanent display which will not require opening on a regular basis.

Color options - Veneer vs laminate and what is the difference. Veneer is a thin layer of real hard wood. Laminate is a polymer material bonded to a composite surface and made to look like real wood. Note, our standard finishes are laminates.
