Inside delivery is an add-on, paid service not included in the standard zip code to zip code base transport fee. This add-on service can range in cost from $150 to $350 depending on the circumstances at the point of delivery (whether there are stairs involved or constricted access entrance, etc.).
With inside delivery, the driver is contracted to take the merchandise indoors of the delivery location, but is under no obligation to, and should not, uncrate your merchandise as he is not insured against potential damages that may occur.

Below is an important note when receiving any type of freight delivery.
DO NOT SIGN THE DRIVER’S PAPERWORK UNTIL THE BELOW STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN:
PLEASE INSPECT THE EXTERIOR OF THE PACKING WHEN YOUR DISPLAY IS DELIVERED AND IF THERE IS ANY TORN PACKAGING OR DINGS ON THE OUTSIDE OF ANY BOXES, WRITE THE WORD “DAMAGED” ON THE DRIVERS PAPERWORK. THIS WILL SPEED UP THE REPLACEMENT PROCESS IF ANY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. DAMAGES ARE A RARE OCCURRENCE, BUT AS A PRECAUTION, WE LIKE TO INFORM ALL CLIENTS OF THIS PROCEDURE.
