Subastral Inc employs Authorize.net for processing payment transactions for purchases made on this website. Personally identifiable consumer information is used to process payment transactions and for no other purpose. Information security is of paramount importance to us. The security of your information is protected during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your information.

Orders shipped within the state of California will be charged 9% sales tax unless a valid Resale License Number is provided. Please contact us for additional details.
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address etc that is provided by the user to Subastral Inc. is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card number, expiration date and billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Shipping costs are assessed by weight and can be viewed prior to checkout. Expedited orders may also be requested by phone - freight shipments and made to order shipments can not be expedited. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery for regular ground shipments. Freight shipments please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. All made to order and custom display cases please allow 3 1/2 - 8 weeks for delivery - unless otherwise stated. There is a $100 charge to change your ship to address once an order has been shipped.
An RMA number must be issued before merchandise can be returned. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. All shipments are carefully inspected and packed before leaving the warehouses. If your shipment has been damaged in transit please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage - damages must be reported by the bill to or ship to party on the invoice. RMA must be requested by the purchaser only no third party RMA requests will be accepted, the requestor's e-mail and name must match the order. Flat pack items can not be returned once assembled. No RMA's are issued after 7 days of receipt of goods. There is a 17% restocking fee for all returns.
Made To Order Items - Unfortunately our made to order and custom items are non-returnable. If a made to order item is cancelled once production has commenced, a 50% restocking fee will be applied. Prior to placing an order for any made to order items, please be sure the item is the correct display for your needs. This policy is non-negotiable and without exception.
Damages, Returns and Missing Parts:
ITEMS SHIPPED VIA FREIGHT CARRIER - Damaged items must be reported "IMMEDIATELY" and photos of the damaged items must be e-mailed "IMMEDIATELY" to email@example.com. The word "DAMAGED" must be written on the delivery persons paperwork. Damages reported after the shipments has been accepted is the responsibility of the customer - a claim must be filed by the customer with the freight company. Subastral Inc is not responsible for filing claims once the merchandise has been signed for by the customer without any notation of damage. Subastral Inc. has no influence over the outcome of claims filed by the customer with the freight company. Make sure to inspect all packages while the driver is at your location.
ITEMS SHIPPED VIA UPS AND FED EX - Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise and photos of the damaged items must be e-mailed "IMMEDIATELY" to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Subastral Inc. must be informed via e-mail "IN WRITING" (no verbal requests are accepted) of all returns "NON DAMAGED ITEMS" within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. All returns must be pre-approved and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number allocated. Pictures of the items you wish to return must also accompany your e-mail request.
Missing parts reported after 48 hours of receipt of goods, must be purchased by the customer. The customer is also responsible for shipping via ground or freight for the missing parts.
If you are requesting a return, please contact our customer service by EMAIL at email@example.com - to have your return confirmed and an RMA issued.
Please state the reason for the return. If the item has been damaged upon arrival, please email clear images of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org - this is required in order for us to send the correct replacement part if necessary and for our own claims if the damage is a result of handling in transit.
The RMA# must be written on the shipping label attached to the boxe(s) being returned and shipped back to our warehouse. All returns must be shipped with freight prepaid. All returns must be in the same (unused) condition as received by the customer and must retain it is original packaging. All returns must be received within seven (7) business days of RMA date of issue.
Subastral Inc is not responsible for merchandise shipped to a trade show or convention center which has has been signed for another party other than the person who purchased the merchandise..
Subastral Inc does not ship any freight shipments to residential addresses..
Subastral Inc does not accept COD returns. The customers are responsible for the returning the product and the shipping cost incurred except where otherwise agreed.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for items damaged by careless handling during assembly. Replacement parts for damages caused this way must be purchased by the customer. Shipping charges will also apply.
There will be a 17% restocking handling fee on all returns. Once we have received your returned item, the refund (less the 17% restocking & handling fee) shall be issued to you. Shipping charges are not refundable.
